Where your consent is required for a particular processing activity, we will obtain your consent through system permission prompts, in-feature notices, authorization pages, or other appropriate means. You may refuse to provide information required only for optional functions. If you refuse, the relevant function may become unavailable, but other functions will generally remain unaffected.

Under our current service configuration:
- We do not store on our own servers the text, images, audio, or AI-generated results that you submit to AI services;
- Such content is used only to complete the current AI request and is not used to create a cloud-based history managed by us;
- AI service providers process the content in real time in accordance with our configurations and service agreements and do not use the business content for purposes unrelated to the requested function;
- AI service providers may process necessary technical logs to maintain service security, comply with legal obligations, or diagnose faults. The specific rules are governed by the service providers’ privacy policies and the applicable service agreements.
Please do not include unnecessary identity documents, account passwords, payment information, precise residential addresses, trade secrets, or other sensitive information in your AI input. If the content you submit contains another person’s personal information, you must ensure that you have obtained lawful authorization.
5. Speech Recognition, Audio Transcription, and Content Generation
When you use real-time or non-real-time speech recognition, audio transcription, subtitles, task extraction, meeting summaries, or other content-generation functions, we may process:
- Voice or audio actively submitted by you;

6. AI Image Recognition
When you actively use AI object recognition, image understanding, or related functions, we may process images that you capture or select and any related questions you enter.
The purpose of processing is limited to recognizing image content, answering related questions, and providing image-recognition results. - Images actively submitted by you;
- Audio collected by smart glasses/earphones or your mobile phone while using the relevant function;
- Speech transcripts and translation results;
- Source language, target language, and other translation settings.
The purpose of processing is limited to speech recognition, text recognition, and generating translation results. Relevant text, images, or audio may be sent to Doubao AI Services or Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service for real-time processing. We do not store translation content on our own servers and do not upload video files for translation.
If the translation function identifies the position of a face locally on the device solely to display subtitles in an appropriate location, we will not use facial features for identity recognition or retain facial-feature templates.
8. Call Alerts, Captions, and Notification Summaries
When you actively enable call alerts, call captions, or notification summaries, and after obtaining the required system permissions, we may process:
- Contact names and phone numbers in your contacts;
- Incoming caller number and call status;
- Call audio used to generate captions;
- Text from system or third-party application notifications that you allow the App to read;

You may disable permissions such as Contacts, Notifications, or Microphone at any time in your mobile phone’s system settings. After a permission is disabled, the corresponding function will no longer be available.
9. Douyin Live Streaming and YouTube Live Streaming
When you actively use Douyin Live or YouTube Live, the App will, according to your instructions, directly stream the real-time video and audio captured by your smart glasses to the live-streaming platform you select.
The data path for live streaming is:
Smart glasses/earphones → Your iPhone and the Glory View App → Douyin or YouTube live-streaming platform
9.1 Source of Live Video and Audio
- Live video and audio originate only from the smart glasses/earphones that you actively connect;
- For live streaming, the App does not use your mobile phone’s camera or microphone to capture live content;
- Before live streaming begins, you must actively select a platform, complete account authorization, and tap to start the live stream;
- During the live stream, the App displays the live-streaming status and provides an option to end the stream.
9.2 Processing and Storage of Live Video and Audio
- The App only receives, previews, encodes, transcodes, or transmits the smart-glasses live video and audio locally on your mobile phone in real time;
- Live video and audio are transmitted directly to the Douyin or YouTube platform that you select;
- Live video and audio do not pass through our business servers;
- We do not store the original live video, original live audio, or live-stream replay on our servers or on your mobile phone;
- Douyin or YouTube may publicly display, review, retain, or generate replays of live content based on your live-streaming settings, platform rules, or legal requirements. Such platform-side processing is the responsibility of the relevant platform.
9.3 Authorization of Live-Streaming Platform Accounts
To use Douyin Live or YouTube Live, you must log in to and authorize the relevant platform account. The App may process and store the following information only on your mobile phone:
- Access Tokens, Refresh Tokens, and other platform authorization credentials;
- Douyin account identifiers or YouTube channel IDs;
- Live-stream title, live-stream ID, start time, and live status;
- Error logs used solely to troubleshoot live-streaming issues on your device;
- Streaming URLs, temporary authentication parameters, or streaming credentials necessary to establish the live-streaming connection.
This information is used only to verify platform authorization, identify the live-streaming account, create and manage live streams, display live-streaming status, and troubleshoot local issues. It is not uploaded to our business servers and is not used for advertising, profiling, or any unrelated purpose.
We do not obtain your Douyin account password, Google account password, private messages, contacts, or account content unrelated to live streaming.
9.4 Deletion of Live-Streaming Data and Revocation of Authorization
At present, when you log out of the relevant live-streaming platform account in Glory View, the App deletes the following information stored locally on your mobile phone:
- Platform authorization tokens;
- Account or channel ID;
- Live-stream title, live-stream ID, start time, and live status;
- Local live-stream error logs and temporary streaming credentials.
Logging out of the account or uninstalling the App will not automatically delete live streams, videos, or replays already transmitted to Douyin or YouTube. Such content must be deleted using the management functions provided by the relevant platform.
Deleting local tokens does not necessarily revoke the access authorization already granted by a third-party platform. You may also revoke Glory View’s authorization through the third-party connections or authorization-management page of your Google Account, or through the account-authorization management function provided by Douyin.
Google Account authorization-management page:
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
9.5 Information About Other Individuals in Live-Streaming Content
Smart glasses/earphones may capture or record another person’s face, voice, conduct, residence, workplace, screen, documents, or other information. Before starting a live stream, you must ensure that:
- You have obtained any necessary consent from persons appearing or speaking in the live stream;
- You do not live stream private premises or non-public activities without authorization;
- You do not live stream identity documents, account passwords, payment information, trade secrets, or other sensitive content;
- You do not infringe another person’s privacy rights, portrait rights, copyrights, or other lawful rights and interests;
- You comply with the laws and regulations of the location where the live stream takes place and with the platform rules of Douyin and YouTube.
If the live-streaming content may infringe another person’s lawful rights and interests, you should stop the live stream immediately.
10. AI Applications or Third-Party Service Entry Points
When you use an AI application or third-party service entry point provided in the App, we may process your account ID, the application or service you select, operation records, and download status to display, locate, download, or open the relevant service.
Applications or services independently operated by third parties are governed by their own privacy policies. Please review the rules provided by the relevant third party before using such services.
11. Maps and Navigation

- Cell ID, BSSID, SSID, and nearby Wi-Fi information, to the extent permitted by the operating system;
- Places or navigation questions actively entered by you;
- Navigation starting point, destination, and necessary navigation records.
The purpose of processing is limited to positioning, route planning, navigation, and related location services. If you deny location permission, map and navigation functions may not operate properly.
12. Weather Information
When you use the weather function, we may process your IP address, approximate location, or a city that you actively select to retrieve and display local weather information. You may also select a city manually to reduce reliance on location permissions.
13. Music Playback and Media Controls
When you use music playback, media controls, or third-party music services, we may process device connection status, device MAC address, playback-control commands, and authorization information for any third-party music-service account that you actively log in to, for purposes including play, pause, track switching, volume control, and account authorization.

We process this information for identity verification, fraud and abuse prevention, fault diagnosis, crash analysis, security auditing, and service-stability improvement.
16. Product Improvement, Statistical Analysis, and User Research
To improve product quality, we may perform statistical analysis on device model, App version, function usage, page interactions, connection success rates, crash information, and error logs.
Where permitted by law, we will give priority to de-identified or aggregated data. We will not use statistical results to identify a specific individual.
If we need to send you product surveys, service notifications, or promotional information, we may use your mobile phone number or the App’s messaging channel. You may unsubscribe from marketing communications using the method provided in the relevant message. Service and security notifications may not be subject to opt-out.
17. Statutory Circumstances Where Separate Consent Is Not Required
Under applicable laws and regulations, we may lawfully process personal information without obtaining separate consent in the following circumstances:
- Where necessary to enter into or perform a contract to which you are a party;
- Where necessary to perform statutory duties or obligations;
- Where necessary to respond to public-health emergencies or, in an emergency, to protect the life, health, or property of a natural person;

- Other circumstances provided by laws or administrative regulations.
18. Device Identifiers, Analytics, and Third-Party SDK Data Processing
To maintain the stability of Glory View, analyze product usage, improve user experience, prevent abnormal activities, and provide basic security capabilities, we may process necessary device and network information.
The information that may be processed includes:
- Android ID (an Android system-provided device identifier);
- OAID (anonymous device identifier);
- IDFA (iOS advertising identifier, where system authorization is obtained);
- Device model, device brand, and operating system version;

The internet is not absolutely secure. If a personal-information security incident occurs that may affect your rights and interests, we will take remedial measures in accordance with law and, where legally required, inform you of the incident, its possible impact, the measures taken or planned, and the steps you may take to reduce risk.
VIII. Your Rights Relating to Personal Information
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, copy, correct, supplement, and delete personal information; withdraw consent; delete your account; and request an explanation of our personal-information processing rules.

4. Revoking Third-Party Account Authorization
Logging out of a third-party platform account deletes authorization data stored locally by the App but may not automatically revoke the authorization granted by the third-party platform.
You may revoke authorization through the account-authorization management page provided by the relevant platform. Google Account authorization can be managed at:
https://myaccount.google.com/permissions
5. Unbinding Devices and Deleting Your Account
You may unbind a device or apply to delete your account through “Me → System Settings” in the App. The actual path is subject to the current App version.
After account deletion, we will delete or anonymize relevant personal information in accordance with laws, regulations, and this Policy. Content stored by a third-party platform must be managed separately through that platform.
6. Responding to Your Requests
You may submit a request using the email address listed in the “Contact Us” section of this Policy.
To protect account and data security, we may ask you to verify your identity. We will generally respond within fifteen business days.
We generally do not charge fees for reasonable requests. For requests that are repeatedly submitted without legitimate reason, exceed reasonable limits, are manifestly unfounded or impractical, or may harm the lawful rights and interests of others, we may refuse the request or charge the necessary cost in accordance with law and will explain the reason.
IX. Protection of Minors’ Personal Information
Our products and services are primarily intended for adults.
Users under the age of eighteen should use the Service under the guidance and with the consent of a parent or other guardian. For children under the age of fourteen, we will process personal information only after obtaining guardian consent as required by law and will apply stricter protective measures.
If we discover that we have processed a child’s personal information without guardian consent, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible or take other appropriate measures in accordance with law.
When a minor uses the live-streaming function, the guardian should pay particular attention to risks including public dissemination, other persons’ images and voices, exposure of location information, and inappropriate content.
