Different smart devices, mobile operating systems, countries or regions, network environments, and third-party platforms may support different features.

The display of a feature in the App does not mean that the feature is available to every user, on every device, or in every region. Actual availability depends on your device model, App version, system permissions, network conditions, and the availability of the relevant third-party platform.

2.3 Network and Device Requirements

Certain features may require:

You are responsible for providing a compatible mobile phone, smart device, network connection, and third-party accounts, and for paying any data, communications, roaming, or platform fees charged by your carrier or a third party.

Glory View is not an emergency alarm, medical rescue, public safety, or other emergency response service.

In the event of personal danger, an accident, fire, crime, or any other emergency, immediately contact the local police, fire department, emergency medical service, or another legally authorized emergency service. Do not rely solely on the App or any AI feature.

3. Account Registration, Login, and Security

3.1 Account Registration

Certain features may require you to register for or log in to a Glory View account. You must provide truthful, accurate, complete, and lawful information as requested on the relevant page.

3.2 Account and Verification Code Security

You must properly safeguard:

If you discover that your account has been misappropriated, an abnormal login has occurred, your device has been lost, or an authorization is abnormal, promptly take appropriate measures, such as changing your login method, logging out, or revoking third-party authorization, and contact us.

3.3 Responsibility for Account Activity

Activities conducted through your account will generally be deemed to have been conducted by you, unless you can demonstrate that the activity resulted from our actions, a system vulnerability, unlawful conduct by another person, or another circumstance for which you should not be held responsible under applicable law.

3.4 Account Deletion

You may apply to delete your account through the account-deletion feature currently provided in the App. The specific path is subject to the interface displayed in the current version of the App.

Before deleting your account, you should:

  1. Back up any local photos, videos, audio recordings, or other files you wish to retain;
  2. End any live stream that is still in progress;
  3. Log out of or revoke authorization for third-party platform accounts;
  4. Handle any other devices or content associated with your account.

After your account is deleted:

3.5 Account Restrictions and Appeals

Except in the case of an urgent security incident, unlawful or criminal conduct, or circumstances in which notice cannot reasonably be provided, we will endeavor to inform you of the reason for and scope of the measure and provide a reasonable appeal channel.

4. Software License

4.1 Nature of the License

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable right to use Glory View solely on compatible devices that you own or lawfully control.

Ownership, operating rights, and all related intellectual property rights in the software and Services remain with us or the relevant rights holders.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct Relating to the Software

Except where expressly permitted by law, you must not:

  1. Copy, modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works from the software;
  2. Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, crack, or attempt to obtain the source code of the software;
  3. Remove, conceal, or alter copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary notices;
  4. Circumvent security verification, permissions, payment, geographic, or feature restrictions;
  5. Use plug-ins, unauthorized add-ons, scripts, emulators, or other unauthorized tools to interfere with the Services;
  6. Scrape, copy, mirror, or obtain non-public interfaces or data in bulk;
  7. Use the software to test, attack, or damage servers, interfaces, networks, or other users’ devices;
  8. Lease, sell, transfer, or sublicense the software or an account;
  9. Install the software on a device or system that we expressly do not support;
  10. Otherwise use the software beyond the scope of the license granted under this Agreement.

4.3 Software Copies and Updates

You may install the software on your own devices for lawful use, but you must not create or distribute unauthorized installation packages.

We may provide software updates to maintain security, compatibility, and functionality. Certain important security updates may be required for continued use of particular features.

5. Smart Device Connectivity and Media Features

5.1 Device Compatibility

Glory View only warrants that corresponding features will be provided on device models, operating system versions, and network conditions officially identified as supported.

A failure to connect a device or use a feature for any of the following reasons will not, by itself, constitute a breach by us:

5.2 Photography, Video Recording, and Audio Recording

When using smart glasses or earphones to take photos, record video, or record audio, you must comply with applicable laws and venue rules and respect the privacy, portrait, reputation, copyright, trade secret, and other lawful rights and interests of others.

You must not take photos, record video, or record audio without authorization in circumstances including:

5.3 Management of Media Files

Photos, videos, and audio recordings created through smart glasses or earphones or synchronized to your mobile phone are generally stored locally on your device or in the system photo library.

You are responsible for:

Uninstalling the App, clearing App data, device damage, or a system malfunction may result in local files becoming unrecoverable.

5.4 Sharing Features

When you use a system sharing feature to send photos, videos, audio recordings, text, or AI output to another App, that content will be processed by the third-party App you select.

Before sharing, you should confirm the intended recipient, the scope of the content, and the applicable rules of the third-party platform.

6. AI Services

6.1 Scope of AI Features

Glory View may provide the following features through Doubao AI services and Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service:

6.2 Processing by Third-Party AI Services

When you actively use an AI feature, the text, images, or audio you submit may be sent to Doubao AI services or Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service for real-time processing.

Under the current service configuration:

The specific processing of personal information is governed by the Glory View Privacy Policy.

6.3 Responsibility for AI Input

You must ensure that content submitted to an AI service:

  1. Has been obtained from a lawful source;
  2. Does not infringe another person’s copyright, trademark, patent, portrait right, privacy right, or trade secret;
  3. Does not contain unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, pornographic, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise prohibited content;
  4. Does not contain unnecessary sensitive information, such as identification documents, account passwords, payment information, or precise residential addresses;
  5. Where it contains another person’s personal information, is submitted with lawful authorization or another valid legal basis.

6.4 Nature and Limitations of AI Output

AI output is automatically generated or AI-assisted based on your input and the capabilities of the relevant model and may contain:

AI output is provided for assistance and reference only and does not constitute a factual warranty, professional advice, or a commitment regarding any decision.

You must not rely solely on AI output when making medical, legal, financial, investment, insurance, employment, workplace safety, emergency response, or other decisions that may materially affect a person, property, or significant rights and interests. You should independently verify important information and, where appropriate, consult a qualified professional.

6.5 Labeling of AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge that results produced by AI conversations, AI summaries, AI image-recognition descriptions, AI translations, and other AI features constitute content generated or assisted by artificial intelligence.

The current version may not display the words “AI-Generated” next to every AI result. The absence of a separate label does not change the AI-generated or AI-assisted nature of the relevant content.

Depending on applicable law and the form of the feature, we may indicate the AI nature of content through one or more of the following methods:

When publishing or distributing AI-generated or synthetically generated content, you must disclose its AI nature as required by applicable law and the rules of the platform on which it is published, and use any labeling tools provided by that platform.

You must not maliciously remove, alter, forge, or conceal any legally required label identifying AI-generated content, or assist another person in doing so.

6.6 Use of AI Output

To the extent permitted by law and provided that no third-party rights are infringed, you may use AI output for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Because AI output may resemble other content and may include protected names, expressions, or other elements, we do not warrant that AI output:

Before publicly distributing AI output, you should independently verify the facts, review relevant rights, and make any necessary revisions.

6.7 Prohibited Uses of AI

You must not use AI features to:

  1. Generate or distribute unlawful or criminal content;
  2. Commit fraud, impersonate, harass, defame, or manipulate another person;
  3. Generate false news, fabricated evidence, or misleading information;
  4. Infringe another person’s privacy, portrait, reputation, intellectual property, or trade secrets;
  5. Create or distribute pornographic, violent, terrorist, hateful, or discriminatory content;
  6. Circumvent platform safeguards or induce a model to generate prohibited content;
  7. Create malicious code, phishing content, or cyberattack materials;
  8. Engage in commercial activity or any other use that violates the non-commercial license under this Agreement;
  9. Engage in any other conduct prohibited by law, regulation, or a competent authority.

To use live streaming, you must:

  1. Connect supported smart glasses or earphones;
  2. Log in to and authorize an account on the applicable live-streaming platform;
  3. Confirm that the account satisfies the platform’s eligibility requirements for live streaming;
  4. Configure the live-stream information;

After a live stream begins, you should confirm its status through both the App and the third-party platform and, after ending it, confirm that the live stream has stopped.

7.2 Live-Streaming Data Flow

The live-streaming data flow is:

Smart glasses/earphones → Your iPhone and the Glory View App → Douyin or YouTube live-streaming platform

For the live-streaming feature:

7.3 Third-Party Account Authorization

When you use Douyin or YouTube live streaming, the App may process and store the following information only on your mobile phone:

This information is used only to complete account authorization, create and manage live streams, display live-stream status, and troubleshoot local errors. It is not uploaded to our business servers.

We do not obtain your Douyin password, Google account password, private messages, contacts, or account content unrelated to the live-streaming feature.

7.4 Logging Out and Revoking Authorization

When you log out of the applicable live-streaming platform account in Glory View, the App deletes locally stored authorization tokens, account or channel IDs, live-stream information, local error logs, and temporary streaming credentials.

Logging out or uninstalling the App:

You may revoke authorization through the account authorization controls provided by the relevant platform. Google account authorizations may be managed at:

https://myaccount.google.com/permissions

Content stored by a third-party platform must be deleted through the management tools provided by that platform.

7.5 Eligibility to Live Stream

Eligibility to live stream is determined independently by Douyin or YouTube.

A live stream may be unavailable, fail to start, be interrupted, or be terminated for reasons including:

We do not guarantee that a user account will be granted live-streaming access or that a live stream will be continuous, latency-free, uninterrupted, or permanently available.

7.6 Responsibility for Live-Stream Content

You initiate the live stream and are responsible for your live-stream content and conduct.

You must ensure that:

  1. You have obtained any necessary consent from persons whose images or voices appear in the live stream;

  6. You do not distribute unlawful, false, infringing, pornographic, violent, terrorist, or other platform-prohibited content;
  7. You comply with the laws applicable at the location of the live stream and with the rules of Douyin and YouTube;
  8. You do not use the live-streaming feature for any commercial purpose.

If the live stream may infringe another person’s rights or violate platform rules, you must stop the live stream immediately.

7.7 Safety When Using Live Streaming

You must not operate the live-streaming interface while driving a motor vehicle, cycling, operating machinery, working at height, or engaging in any other activity that requires concentrated attention.

Live streaming may involve delays caused by encoding, transmission, or platform buffering. After the App displays that the live stream has ended, the platform status may take additional time to update. Before engaging in any activity that may involve private information, you should confirm that both the App and the platform show that the live stream has ended.

7.8 No Official Partnership or Endorsement

Unless we expressly state otherwise, Glory View does not have an agency, partnership, joint-operation, or official endorsement relationship with Douyin, Google, or YouTube.

Third-party names, trademarks, and services belong to their respective owners.

8. User Content

8.1 No Community Features

Glory View currently does not provide communities, comments, activity feeds, public profiles, or features that allow content to be publicly posted to other Glory View users.

Content sent to a third-party platform through system sharing, an AI service, or live streaming is not content posted to a community operated by Glory View.

If community or public-posting features are introduced in the future, we will provide applicable rules and, where required by law, obtain your consent again.

8.2 Rights in Your Original Content

You retain the applicable rights in photos, videos, audio recordings, text, and other original content that you lawfully own.

Using Glory View does not automatically transfer ownership of your original content to us.

8.3 Limited License Necessary to Provide Features

Solely to provide local display, format conversion, device transmission, AI processing, translation, sharing, or live-streaming functionality at your direction, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive technical-processing license that remains valid only for the period reasonably necessary to provide the requested feature.

This license does not authorize us to use your content for advertising, resale, commercial model training, or any purpose unrelated to the feature selected by you.

8.4 Content on Third-Party Platforms

Content you send to Douyin, YouTube, or another third-party platform is governed by the applicable platform’s terms of service, content policies, and intellectual property rules.
